So if im not wrong, its because its from the same network? I live in a public place where everyone has the same password to the wifi (if that helps/matters) and everyone in the room has internet connected to this thing, i think what is called an access point that looks like a router. One ip is the same ip but only last digits is not like mine, mine is 10.0.66.76 then the one trying to connect is 10.0.66.25 or 10.0.66.172.
There is something suspicious about my connection, i get "suspicious" blocks, ping request blocks, and icmp blocks.
